The Biology of Separation – Let Go, Let God!

Genesis 13:8-9.

A crop which grows well in loamy soil may not  do well in clay soil. It’s all about the environment. Your environment could multiply or divide your destiny. Find your perfect soil.

There are certain friends, relationship, jobs or supposed opportunities you have outlived. You’re bigger than such in this new phase of your life. But many times we just don’t know. An empty seat is always better than the wrong person sitting on it.  There are certain people who have consciously or unconsciously made themselves a god over your life because you work for them and they pay your daily wage. Imagine if God blesses you in such a place?  Such a person could say “Abraham had been made rich by the king of Sodom .” Genesis 14:21-23. They may think in their calculations you have robbed them through certain financial misappropriation. Hence God need to pull you out of such environment so He can make you a master piece to them Like. Then they’ll learn a lesson — they were only being used by God after all. This write up isn’t meant to stir up strife between relationships. Wisdom is always profitable to direct. But this message is timely to someone who needs it. I do not know who. It’s to sound the notice,  no one is irreplaceable with God. But always respect authority. Rebellion is of the devil. But don’t keep what God is trying to kill. Sometimes you might just give up to go up. When you discern it’s time to go,  let go  and Let God. Abraham said to lot. We are brethrens. We shouldn’t argue and our men shouldn’t be fighting one another.  There’s plenty of space to choose from. If you go north,  I’ll go south. And if you go south,  I’ll go north. Learn to know when the cloud of guidance has moved. Then, follow!

The Other Side of Separation – It wasn’t built to Last!

Genesis 39:1.

It’s sad but true that God must separate you from certain friends, relationships, business partners or even ministerial colleagues if He must move you forward in destiny. The bitter truth is that Some relationships have become a clog in the wheel to your well-being, you know the areas as it concerns you. Not just unfriendly friends, but even friends with good intentions. Good intentions are okay, but purpose and destiny has no alternative. Jacob’s love for Joseph was priceless, but more potent was the hatred of his brothers in moving him to his land of enthronement. God can do anything to move you forward. Even if means stirring your present harmonious environment against you. When your’re sensitive, you’ll know it’s time to move on. Never get too comfortable in a transient location. Stop building castles where what you really need might just be tenths for a moment. The cloud will soon move, only to discover that much energy, time and resources have been wasted because you weren’t sensitive. Sometimes the signs can come as the rebellion of that loved one. It could even be the betrayal of that bossom friend. But don’t hate! It wasn’t about him or her. He was only an instrument to let you know that the cloud has moved.

However as humans we hold tight to such relationships at our own detriment forgetting “no one ever goes up without giving up. ” we’re simply afraid to swim in unfamiliar waters. Hence  we Stay too long in our comfort zone. Always remember, “there’s  a time frame attached to certain relationships in the school of progress. ” A clear prophecy brought Paul and Barnabas together to  labour together for God’s kingdom. And a clear prophecy also separated them. “Separate me Paul and Barnabas for the work I’ve called them.” Relationships can change, but God’s prophetic agenda remains unchanged. God never changes, but He changes things. You must know when the cloud has moved otherwise you get hit by the heat of the sun. A time came when Abraham and Lot had to part ways. The relationship had become parasitic in the sight of God. God called Abraham alone. But God couldn’t speak with His friend because another friend was intruding. Some singles will never find their God ordained spouse until they let go of that person presently intruding. Some people will never hear God’s voice because another voice is intruding. Cast out the bond woman. Nature abhors vacuum. Your relationships with people must be well defined. Salt is meant to preserve  but if it’s not defined it will  destroy  that it was meant to preserve. Learn to discern, the cloud is just about to move!

It’s a Dreamer’s World! Part2

What’s a Dream?

*A dream is a mental picture of a desired end.

*It’s the projection of a definite goal from the start.

*It’s an ambition or vision,  fuelled by necessary passion for accomplishment.

Nimrod and his team in Genesis 11 did set their mind to build a tower whose top may reach the heaven (ambition).  But God had a different agenda or dream,  “be fruitful, multiply, subdue the earth and have dominion over it” (vision). Even God agreed that nothing could stop Nimrod’s ambition, but it had to align with His original vision. The reason why so many people’s ambition are not making head way might not be because it’s evil. It might just be because it’s a deviation from God’s plan for their life.

Whatsoever you’re expecting in your life is possible if only you can open up your mind to picture its arrival. When they finally arrive in your hands they will come so easily. Dreams are destiny boosters.

However you must realize that nothing works until you do. Wisdom is knowing how to  handle issues in order to  make them produce your desired results. Keep your dreams alive

It’s a Dreamer’s World

We live in a world where only dreamers count. Most people who have accomplished extraordinary feats were dreamers. They dreamt of their inventions long before it came to be. Nobody arrives at a future of greatness tomorrow they did not dream about today. They rode on the wings of their dreams. Ask Dr Martin Luther King Jr “I have a dream! ”
Dreams are the stuffs giants are made of, it turns dwarfs into giants. God has a great future for everyone, but you must dream it today to encounter it tomorrow.  And You must dream it all by yourself.  It’s not just enough to dream, you must believe in your dreams and run with them.

“For we cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard “…Acts4:20.

Whatever you are afraid to proclaim, you have not seen. You may have heard it, but hearing is not enough. You must see it. This is how to set the pace for a victorious destiny.

Let business men use their mind to paint pictures of success in their business and it shall be so. Let career persons imagine himself at the top echelon if his career and it will be impossible for him to remain at the bottom. Let the weakling catch a dream of living in perpetual strength and health and he cannot be weak again. Dreams are to the soul what helium is to balloons. It will always bring you to the top.

However I must warn you,  just like the Biblical Joseph, any viable dream must suffer attacks. But if you will not give up,  it will lead you to your very own throne. Watch your dreams. Nurse them and keep them alive.

Find Your Team – Fathers and Mentors; Pt1

fadas

If I have seen ahead or achieved any success, it is because I stood on the shoulders of those that went ahead of me – Sir Isaac Newton.
Fatherhood/Mentor-ship is one vital element for success. As one of my fathers will say, “a papa-less papa is a dangerous papa”. Father/Mentors go a long way to determine your success, your strategies and your outcomes. They are a covering that shields you from unnecessary experience of trial and errors. They may not always make the headlines, but they are needed to make the headlines. Having the right one can save you decades of years of struggle. Be careful of the man with no father or mentor over him, he has nothing much to offer. You can only be a great father, and a great mentor when you have been tutored by one. Every champion is a product of those they studied under. No warrior emerges in Isolation. Success has always been the product of a great team work. God will never get you into you promised land until you find your Joshua. Find Your fathers, find your mentors, Find your Joshua. Find your team.
